In cooperation with the incorporated German bee-keeper association (Deutscher Imkerbund e.V.) and the German nature conservancy association (Naturschutzbund Deutschland, NABU) the nature trail on honeybees (Apis) and wild bees (Apoidea and other) came into being in 2004.
